Joining What I Wore Wednesday

I've been silently loving The Pleated Poppy's What I Wore posts and link parties for months. Today, I decided I shouldn't resist the temptation to jump in any longer.

This is what I wore today:

Rhody Snow Day Stylin' at the end of my shift at Craftland. Photo taken by Devienna <3

Earrings: Rainbow Sugar, handmade in Providence from melted plastic by Craftland's Margaret Carleton // Necklace: Also handmade in PVD by Dahlia Kanner // Sweater: Clearance rack at discount store (it was $2 and I've worn it 12 for years!) // Skirt: Thrifted H & M design // Boots: Land's End

Clothes don't have too much to do with cleaning, but you know how looking good makes you feel good? And feeling good makes you want to do good things for yourself? And all those lovely things you do for yourself make you glow, inside and out? You get it. It's an awesome cycle!

I feel dressing in a way that makes you happy and allows you to express your creativity is a form of self care much like keeping your home clean and comfortable is.  So yeah, a weekly post of what I wore on Wednesday on a green cleaning blog? Of course!

See what other bloggers are wearing, and share your style, at The Pleated Poppy:

Style make you sick? Don't worry. These posts will go up every Wednesday evening/ Thursday morning, but they will not replace your regularly scheduled green living posts. There will still be a new one of those up every weekday, usually by 10am.

    1. Awesome! Good idea! I like your apartment deco post. We moved this summer and need ideas as that doesn't come naturally to me.
