I continued it for a few more weeks but couldn't find the right balance (#zitcity) and gave up. I wish I had the patience because it was so moisturizing. Oh well! <br /><br />I started doing oil pulling with coconut oil less than a month ago as part of my review for a product (http://www.oliviacleansgreen.com/2012/12/10-uses-for-coconut-oil.html) and believe it or not, I'm getting way less new acne. It's crazy because I honestly thought there was no way that swishing oil around in my mouth could improve acne. It took me a ...I loooove the oil cleanser method! <br /><br />It took me a bit of experimenting to get the equation right. Adjusting the amount of castor oil made a huge difference for me. And also, only washing at night with the oil.
