Create Abundance at Home #4: Co-own!

Co-owning is a budget-friendly way to get more awesomeness and strengthen relationships in the process. Look around your apartment for one item you can co-own with your neighbors. Next think of something you wish they could share with you. Then talk to them about it: call them, send an email, knock on their door, or, if you're shy, post a note in the lobby of your building.

An ideal object to co-own is one that you don't use everyday but is still useful to have access to. So is something you could never finish alone before it goes past its prime. I recommend choosing an object you have no emotional attachment to that way your relationship won't be in jeopardy should anything go awry. A ladder, a shopping cart, a cat carrier, a bunch of parsley: these are all things I'd like to share. What do you want to co-own?
