Create Abundance at Home #19: Exercise!

Exercising is a great way to not only get fit, but also to reduce stress, re-energize, and shift energy into a more abundant place-- at least that's what I've heard. *Giggle, snort!*  Here are two tips:

  • Sign up for a free 10 day trial of, a site of on-demand wellness videos and pay just $9.95/ month after. (I heard about this via Well + Good NYC, the website any NYC gal who is thinking about living a little healthier should read.)
